What Is A Recovery Agreement

The district has a water-specific account until operating reserve water or drought water is used to fill the water availability guarantee that it becomes Company Water and owned by the company. The company recognizes and accepts that it does not acquire shares in or within a part of the district system or agency agency. Delivery by the district and revocation by the company are subject to the storage and collection contract. This collection agreement is in effect until one of the next steps. The water user may, after written notification to the Service, withdraw from this recovery agreement. A cost recovery agreement is required for all administrative work of 50 hours or more. Anyone who submits a proposal during the tendering process agrees to participate in a cost recovery agreement.
