Waiver Agreement Chinese

“As I know from my own visit to China last December, visits to China`s ministerial and high-level levels are particularly important for developing the legal and official framework within which our bilateral relations can continue to thrive. This agreement will facilitate visits and strengthen cooperation on both sides. The agreement, which follows the initialling three years ago of a mutual agreement that lifted the visa requirement for holders of diplomatic, official and service passports, was officially signed by Foreign Minister Senator Maxine Mclean and Chinese Ambassador Wang Ke to the ministry, Culloden Road. This Agreement shall take precedence over bilateral agreements or arrangements concluded between member States and China, in so far as their provisions concern matters falling within the scope of this Agreement.
